The administrator ID and password have been sent to the administrator by the following way.
- Applying for Institutional fixed-price service：Mail by post with approval letter
- Applying for Institutional Authentication：Email with approval letter（except continuing users from Institutional fixed-price service）
If you lost, email us [user-request@nii.ac.jp] from the registered email address. Only from the registered email address is accepted for the safety.
