What should I do if I forget my password?

Please follow the procedures below to issue a temporary password:

1. Go to the Login page from the top page and click "Forgot your password?".
2. Enter your user ID and the registered e-mail address.
3. Click "Issue a temporary password".

A temporary password will be sent to your registered e-mail address. Please note that the password is only valid for 24 hours.
